I was a full voting member on the board of directors for Suburban FC. I was responsible for Community Involvement, Sponsorship, Social Media, Website Maintenance, and Chair of Technical Committee.
One of my main tasks was to design and source new custom uniforms for the entire club. I designed home, away and goalkeeper uniforms. I also designed and sourced customized club soccer balls.
While employed at Soccer Nova Scotia in my role as "Program Coordinator" and later "High Performance Director" I served on many executive committees including:
Competitions Committee, Referee Committee, Technical Committee.
I also served as "Referee Development Coordinator".
I was responsible for delivering and administrating all provincial level coaching development courses.
I was also responsible for organizing provincial camps, tournaments, travel, accommodations, etc.

As Academy Director of Halifax County United, I was responsible for administering all aspects of the U8/U10 High Performance program. This included training, coaching, sponsorship, equipment sourcing, training gear, travel bookings, fundraising, tournaments, parent correspondence, etc.
